In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the phfan Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them without modification or reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phfan Platform and close your Account. Continued use of phfan following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use phfan, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age — the minimum legal age for casino-style gaming in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a current or former phfan employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor, nor a member of the immediate family of any such person.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on phfan or any other gaming platform operating under the PAGCOR framework.
• You must not be located in or accessing phfan from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is prohibited or restricted by applicable local law.
• You must not have had a prior phfan Account suspended or permanently closed for cause, including for any breach of these Terms.

phfan reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time by requesting supporting documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or restriction of access to withdrawal functions pending verification.

4.1 Registration. To access real-money gaming features on phfan, you must create an Account by completing the registration process and providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

4.2 One Account Per Person. You may hold only one phfan Account. Creating or attempting to create multiple Accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited. phfan will close all associated Accounts upon detection and may forfeit any funds therein.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC). phfan is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. You must submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or passport) and any other documentation reasonably requested by phfan. Unverified Accounts may have deposit, wagering, and withdrawal functions restricted until verification is completed.

4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your phfan Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phfan strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for your Account. You agree to notify phfan immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account.

4.5 phfan's Liability. phfan shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, except to the extent directly caused by phfan's own negligence or wilful misconduct.

5.1 Deposits. phfan accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed in the cashier section of your phfan Account. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.

5.2 No Third-Party Deposits. phfan strictly prohibits deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed, and associated winnings may be voided. The deposited amount (less any applicable transaction fees) may be returned to the original payment source at phfan's discretion.

5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your name that have been verified under phfan's KYC procedures. You may not withdraw funds to a different payment method than the one used for your most recent deposit, unless phfan otherwise authorizes in writing.

5.4 Processing Times. phfan targets the following withdrawal processing times for fully KYC-verified Accounts: GCash and PayMaya — within 1 to 4 hours; bank transfers to BDO, BPI, or Metrobank — within 1 to 3 business days. These timelines are operational targets and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, during additional security reviews, or due to factors outside phfan's control.

5.5 Currency. All transactions on phfan are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

6.1 Eligibility. All bonuses and promotional offers on phfan are subject to individual offer-specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bet restrictions while bonus funds are active, game contribution rates, and expiry dates. These terms are displayed at the point of offer activation and must be read before accepting any bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your phfan Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "playthrough" or "wagering requirement") before they — and any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirement multipliers, game contribution percentages, and bet caps are specific to each promotional offer.

6.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless phfan's specific offer terms state otherwise, each promotion is available to each eligible Player once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes abuse and may result in bonus cancellation and Account review.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. phfan reserves the right to withhold or void bonus funds, associated winnings, or both, if phfan reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: low-variance betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, use of multiple Accounts, or collusion with other Players for the purpose of meeting playthrough conditions.

6.5 Modification and Withdrawal. phfan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification shall not apply retroactively to bonuses already accepted and in active use by a Player.

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the phfan Platform is governed by its own set of rules as specified within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any wager.

7.2 RNG Certification. All software-based (non-live) games available on phfan use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) operated and maintained by the respective third-party game providers. phfan does not operate its own RNG infrastructure for these games and relies on the certification status of its licensed game provider partners.

7.3 Live Casino. Live casino games at phfan are conducted by real human dealers using physical gaming equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) in professional studio environments operated by phfan's live casino studio partners. Game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and equipment and are not software-generated.

7.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or malfunction occurring mid-round on any phfan game, the affected round will be settled in accordance with the relevant game provider's malfunction policy. phfan will use reasonable efforts to retrieve and apply accurate outcome data. Bets placed during a verified system malfunction may be voided and refunded at phfan's discretion.

7.5 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute regarding a game outcome at phfan must be submitted to phfan's customer support team within 30 days of the disputed event. phfan maintains full game transaction records for this purpose. phfan's determination regarding game disputes is final and binding, subject to your rights under applicable law.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phfan Platform. phfan reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct and to forfeit all funds in such Account where legally permissible:

• Money laundering — using phfan for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activity, in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws including Republic Act No. 9160 as amended (the Anti-Money Laundering Act).
• Fraud — using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment instruments; providing false identity information; or any other deceptive act in relation to your Account or transactions on phfan.
• Underage access — accessing phfan or attempting to register an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Automated wagering — use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place wagers or interact with the phfan Platform without genuine human decision-making.
• Collusion — coordinating with other Players at any table or game for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage over other Players or phfan.
• Exploitation of system errors — deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to place wagers or obtain outcomes not ordinarily available on a correctly functioning platform.
• Chargebacks — initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider for deposits made to phfan.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access or use your phfan Account, regardless of consent.

9.1 phfan's Right to Suspend. phfan reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phfan reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is occurring; (b) the Account is being used for any unlawful purpose; (c) requested KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable timeframe; or (d) any other grounds exist that phfan considers sufficient to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Players.

9.2 Account Closure by Player. You may request permanent closure of your phfan Account at any time by contacting phfan's customer support team. Upon closure, any verified real money balance remaining in your Wallet will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable verification procedures. Active bonus funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.

9.3 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure, your licence to access the phfan Platform ceases immediately. phfan will retain your Account data for the periods required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

phfan is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on the Platform. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and carries real financial risk. phfan provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the Account settings section of the phfan Platform:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your phfan Wallet.
• Loss Limits — set limits on the maximum net loss you can incur over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits — configure maximum session durations and receive reality check reminders at set intervals.
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently exclude yourself from the phfan Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen exclusion period and will not be reversed at your request during that period, regardless of the circumstances provided.

All content on the phfan Platform — including but not limited to the phfan brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, data compilations, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of phfan or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phfan Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, or create derivative works from any phfan content; reverse-engineer or decompile any phfan software; or use phfan's trademarks or branding in any manner without phfan's express prior written consent.

12.1 Disclaimer. The phfan Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phfan disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12.2 Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, phfan's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total real money deposits made by you to phfan in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability; or (b) PHP 10,000.

12.3 Excluded Losses. In no event shall phfan be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including lost profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data — whether or not phfan has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

12.4 Force Majeure. phfan shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, civil unrest, telecommunications failures, or third-party service outages.

phfan collects, uses, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with the phfan Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and phfan. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the phfan Privacy Policy.

phfan complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations in the handling of your personal data. You have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data held by phfan, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. phfan reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phfan will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the phfan Platform with a revised Effective Date and, where practicable, by sending a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the phfan Platform following the date on which updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using phfan and close your Account in accordance with Section 9.2 above. phfan recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes or claims — are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You irrevocably agree that the competent courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phfan Platform, and you waive any objection to the jurisdiction or venue of such courts.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent phfan from seeking urgent or interim relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or other rights pending resolution of a dispute.
